We never train AI models on your data. Your conversations are private. We don't sell your information. We don't show you ads. We collect only what we need to run the service.
We collect information you provide directly to us (name, email via Google OAuth), usage data (AI messages sent, images generated, models used), and technical data (browser type, IP address, device type). We do not collect or store the full content of your AI conversations beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the KardKit AI platform; to process payments and manage subscriptions; to enforce usage limits according to your plan; to send important service notifications; and to respond to your support requests. We never use your conversation data to train AI models.
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard security practices. Your conversation data is stored for 90 days to provide service continuity, after which it is permanently deleted. API keys are stored as cryptographic hashes — we cannot retrieve your original key.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with: payment processors (Stripe) to process subscriptions; AI providers (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) to generate responses — these providers have their own privacy policies; and infrastructure providers to host the service. We never share data for advertising purposes.
When you use our AI chat features, your messages are sent to the respective AI provider (OpenAI for GPT-4, Google for Gemini, Anthropic for Claude). These providers process your data according to their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies. We do not control how these third parties handle data.
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and associated data; export your data; opt out of non-essential communications; and withdraw consent for data processing where applicable. We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can control cookie preferences in your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies may prevent the service from functioning correctly.
KardKit AI is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
