By accessing and using KardKit AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users, including those who access the service without registration.
KardKit AI provides access to multiple artificial intelligence language models and image generation tools including OpenAI GPT-4, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, and DALL-E 3. The service is provided on a subscription basis with varying usage limits per plan.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use KardKit AI to: generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory; infringe upon intellectual property rights of others; generate spam or malicious content; attempt to circumvent usage limits or system security; or use the service for any purpose that violates applicable law.
Each plan has daily usage limits for AI messages and image generations. Limits reset at midnight UTC each day. Unused allowances do not carry over. KardKit AI reserves the right to modify limits with reasonable notice. Attempting to circumvent limits is a violation of these terms.
API access is available on paid plans only. API keys are personal and may not be shared or resold. You are responsible for all usage under your API key. Rate limits apply per plan. We reserve the right to revoke API access for violations of these terms.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscribers. Refund requests after 7 days are considered on a case-by-case basis.
We do not train our AI models on your conversations. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy. We retain conversation logs for 90 days to provide service continuity.
You retain ownership of content you create using KardKit AI. AI-generated content may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. KardKit AI and its logo, name, and design are trademarks of KardKit AI Ltd. You may not use our trademarks without explicit permission.
KardKit AI is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be deleted according to our retention policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of KardKit AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The effective date of current terms is June 28, 2026.
